Over the last 85 years, Kerns Trucking has established a reputation to be a good place to work. Kerns Truck Drivers are treated fairly and tend to stay with the company for the long haul. Our greatest recruiting tool is our drivers. More than half of our new drivers come from our driver referrals. 

 

Drivers are paid a competitive rate with a full benefit package including two options for health insurance, a matching 401K, paid vacation and holidays, two safety bonuses, and a bonus compensation plan for our local drivers. Drivers will get to see a variety of work sites and will haul many different types of products. Most drivers work between 7 AM and 6 PM with some overtime opportunities. Kerns Trucking draws good drivers by providing good safe equipment. Our safety ratings speak for themselves.
